I started off volunteering at local animal shelters in my parish, then moved onto Petco were I began as a Grooming Assistant/Dog Bather. After a year in the Grooming Salon I was switched to the position of the Animal Care Specialist where I've remained for the last two years Within the last year I also volunteered at Veterinary Hospitals to gain experience while I am in school to be a vet-tech, so I am able to distribute medicine to older pets. I am very flexible when it comes to animal care. I know how to take care of not just dogs, but cats, small animals, fish, and reptiles as well!
