FIVE STAR REVIEW: Monica cared for our senior cat, Peaches while we were away in Germany. She followed our instructions for feeding, water, and litter scooping to a T. I am grateful that she spent time socializing with him and sent photo updates regularly. We'll be sure to hook with her in the future.

Unfortunately, we did not have the same positive experience as others seem to have had with Monica. Two days before our overseas trip, Monica cancelled two of our scheduled days and referred us to a sitter who has little experience with cats according to their Rover profile. We had to scramble and find friends to cover for those days. Despite giving clear directions regarding the litter and automatic feeder during our introductory visit, we felt as though neither were handled with care nor common sense based on our correspondence with her through the Rover app while we were away. Monica ran our heating system during her visit without consent. We noticed some damage to the piece of furniture sitting in front of the heater that she presumably failed to move out of the way. Overall we've decided to not move forward with her for future bookings.
