Hello! My name is Monica, and I am a recent graduate and active community member in Stevens Point. I grew up with dogs in my home and have enjoyed growing close with many animals of all kinds in my life. I am a member owner of a local organic vegetable farm (you may have seen us at the farmers market). I have done extensive training and playing with the dogs at the farm and recently took one of them, Muddy, home to be a family dog. We do loads of leash training, and she is suspicious around strangers and other dogs. Therefor, I feel confident in situations with slightly more reactive dogs and I am comfortable incorporating any leash training strategies that you may have been working with. Of course, I also just love to have fun and enjoy being outside, even in the cold! I am new to this website but am very eager to get started and make a bunch of new animal friends.
