Monica seemed nice at first, but she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. The house is not very clean nor organized. The backyard is big, but I’d also full of random stuff. She also had 5 other dogs in the house when I got there to drop off my pet, she only disclosed about having two dogs in the since since two of them were being picked up that night. I decided to leave my pet because she was getting along with all the other dogs and she seemed to be having a good time. Monica and I spoken over the phone and we had agreed that I would be dropping my pet off at 4pm and the pick up would be the next day around the same time. Monica message to aske me to pick up my pet 4 hours earlier because no one was going to be in the house, apparently she was leaving at noon and her mom was supposed to take care of my pet until 4pm. I told her I couldn’t pick her up at noon. I had to go back and pick up my pet 6 hours before the expected time. I confronted her about how unprofessional for her it was to ask me to pick up my pet in the middle of the stay and she responded by telling me that she was practically doing me a favor by taking my pet with such late notice. I agree that a lot of people don’t do that, but if she was not available to take care of my pet and was planning to leave her with another person just to make money, that’s wrong! I would never use her services again nor recommend her. In addition she told me she would send updates of my pet, and all she did was send one picture of her, eating. This was about 30min-1hr after I dropped her off. After that, I didn’t hear back from her until she messaged me to ask me to pick up my pet earlier than expected. In the future I will make sure to visit the sitters home before I leave my pet anywhere.

Monica is friendly and professional. Her home is set up perfectly for my dogs when they stay.
