Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Monica and my husband Will and I have always had pets and are very passionate about animals and animal welfare. We have two rescue beagle mixes, a pitbull/shepherd mix and two cats, who we love very dearly - they are family. Our pets are all very friendly and the dogs enjoy playing with other dogs (and cats are dog friendly and savvy). Will and I are very experienced caring for dogs and cats as we volunteered for shelters and fostered (still do occasionally) many dogs and cats in the past (two of our pets are “foster fails”). About our home: We have a spacious house and a large fenced in backyard for the dogs to go potty and play. If boarding with us, we would do a meet and greet with our own pets to ensure it’s a good fit for everyone (if possible). We do have a baby, so we would prefer dogs who are not very barky (and obviously not aggressive).

Monica is so awesome. She watched our two dogs for 3 nights and kept us updated the whole time with messages and photos. Our pups had so much fun and came home happy. I would highly recommend Monica and will return the next time we need a dog sitter. ?

Monica was freaking amazing!! First off, she accepted my one year old pup Cash who is a little under 65 pounds last minute because our other sitter canceled. She was so helpful and good with him!! I literally can’t recommend or thank her enough. She sent me so many photos and videos and I just felt so at peace knowing he was in such good hands. He was literally on vacation! Monica did stimulation food exercises with him since he’s so food motivated. She gave him frozen milk bones with peanut butter and was so sweet and good with him. She made me feel so at ease. She is was so communicative and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area needing a great sitter. Thank you again Monica!!!
Monica, her family and her pets were just amazing. She communicated prior and during the visit, sent pics and videos and made us feel so comfortable leaving Piper for the day. We always keep an eye on everybody at all times and overall have a lot of experience tending to pets and being in tune with their needs. Our yard is very big, the dogs are encouraged to play out there. We have tons of toys inside and outside and when it’s warm we do water play.
