Monica and Khalid (sp?) were fantastic. I met them prior to dropping off Sage for her "dogcation." Sage was able to get acclimated to their home quickly. They took great care of her and it was easy to tell that they formed a bond and that my dog was happy. Because Sage is reluctant to take food from strangers, Monica let me know when Sage did not eat on her first day of the stay, which I expected. Monica sent me a picture of Sage sitting on her new bed and later told me that Sage would get a little bit of food from her bowl and drink water once they left the room, lol. Monica even went the extra mile and gave Sage treats to eat to make sure she had more food in her system. I truly appreciate her for doing this because she did not have to. This also goes to show that my dog trusted Monica because she won't even take a treat from her veterinarian. Sage went for regular walks as well. After Sage's stay, Monica even checked on Sage to see if she was eating normally. Thank you, Monica and Khalid (I hope I spelled your name right.) If I ever need a dogsitter again, I know Sage will be in great hands!!!

Monica is a very caring, responsible, hardworking individual who will never let you down. She does beyond for everyone she loves animals. Everytime she sees a stray pet she stops to help it out and find its owner.
