Mona is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I was extremely nervous leaving my babies in the hands of a caretaker and she totally changed all of that! She came by ahead of time to meet me, my doggie, and my 2 sphynx cats. She took such amazing care of them, sent me constant updates and pictures from each visit and even agreed to care for them additional time when my plans changed!
Bailey enjoyed his walks and Mona was very communicative and reliable
Mona was awesome! She is a big animal lover, as was evident by her first introduction to our pets. She couldn't wait to pet them and love them up! She kept our separation anxiety dogs company in our hotel while we enjoyed a dog free day in Miami. I would recommend her for sure!

I’m Mona and I am passionate about your pup! There is an honesty, vulnerability, and total openness to dogs that is so irresistible, so when a dog trusts me to take care of him or her, or even just to show him or her some affection, I am deeply honored and take that responsibility seriously. I'm so thrilled that Rover gives me an opportunity to share my love with dogs and other animals! I ...
What Mona would like to know about your dog
Before a stay, I’d be happy to set up a meet-and-greet on neutral ground, even if that's just the lobby of the apartment building or a park bench down the block from your residence. If it's just a quick walk or the owner prefers otherwise, then I'm fine with doing the meet-and-greet in the client's home. I always enter without a fuss, get low to the ground soon, and respond to the animal's body language and signals about what makes him or her comfortable or uncomfortable
I will communicate with you to make sure I have all the relevant information: vet contact info, what activities your pup enjoys, anything off-limits, any triggers your dog might have, whether she/he liked other dogs and/or humans, where they like to be petted, their favorite toys and treats, and any medical or behavioral issues I should know about.
I don't have any breed preferences, but I have had particularly good results with "bully breed" clients and large dogs. I think it's because I both respect their physical power while not being intimidated by it, and also recognize that in the end they're just dogs who want the same attention, affection, and structure that all dogs want. Of course, I love tiny dogs, too! I make sure small dogs feel confident and independent, walking them instead of carrying them whenever possible, so they know that they may be little but they're mighty, too.
