Pet care experience
My husband and I are experienced property managers who were managing a successful airbnb South of Santa Fe NM for the last four years. We are currently based out of Oregon and are both long time pet sitters as well. We have extensive experience with house sitting, pet sitting, and care taking. We are able to provide as many references as needed! I (Molly) grew up in Portland, OR and my husband is from the Boston area. I am a poet, current graduate student getting a masters in counseling and mother, who will continue schooling online eventually. We are able to be at the property nearly all of the time with the exception of grocery runs. We are very careful, responsible people who are deeply nourished by walks in nature and warm dinners. We are looking to offer our experience in care taking animals and homes to you. Our experience ranges to farm animals as well as administering medications. This was a weekend of lots of firsts! Our first time leaving our two rescue Brittanys alone - we have had them for just four weeks. It was their first time without one of us with them 24 hrs a day since arriving in our home. It was the first time using Rover.com. So of course, it was our first time having Molly stay in our home with our two dogs, Mattie and Kody. Molly arrived a few minutes early which gave us more time to introduce her to Mattie and Kody, show her around and share our written instructions for their care. Early on in our weekend trip, Molly communicated that all was well and that Kody had befriended her which was our main concern given his pre-rescue history. Molly kept us updated and, based upon her communications, we were able to relax and enjoy the football game and all the associated activities! Of course the dogs were happy to see us when we arrived home, it was clear that they had both bonded with Molly and were very well taken care of and happy. The entire experience was beyond our expectations. We will be using Molly in the near future for an out of state conference knowing we can focus on learning and sharing and not worrying about Kody and Mattie!
Our dog had a great time with Molly. We arrived from out-of-state and left her there while we visited family and attended functions where a dog would have been a problem to have along! Molly was accommodating and flexible. Her property is lovely and perfect for dogs to run. We will certainly contact her the next time we need a place for our dog in New Mexico.
Molly was amazing!! It was such a delight meeting her and David, and they did an amazing job giving Raja (my husky) a home while I was traveling for work. So luck to have found them. Thank you!
Couldn't have wished for better care. Molly kept me informed throughout my dog's stay - with photos and texts. He clearly enjoyed the whole experience. I will definitely use Molly again and thoroughly recommend her to others. 5 stars all round.

Wake up, go potty, feed, venture outside for a walk or trip to a nearby park that the owner suggests; really we try to follow whatever each owner feels is best for their pet, as we know that varies.
