Hi there! My name is Molly - I am a 30-year-old university student studying Honours Social Work at Carleton University. Before attending university, I worked as a behavior analyst for children with autism for 5 years. Since 2017, I have been fostering dogs with a non-profit dog rescue organization in Ottawa, who have been either found as strays, who were abandoned or who have been in hoarding situations. I have extensive experience on dogs with separation anxiety, dogs who are fearful in new situations, as well dogs who are not trained, or who have health issues. The dogs I have fostered have turned into amazing, happy and healthy fur babies and I am proud to say it is due to the work, love, and caring that I provided. When I was living in Ottawa, I was also in charge of fundraising and social media and dedicated a lot of my personal time to helping and saving dogs in need. Being a university student my schedule is extremely flexible! I am mostly always home so your furbaby will never be left alone for hours at a time! I am currently completing my degree online:) I have also made sure to create a home environment where dogs will feel safe, loved, welcomed and happy as if they were in their own home! And I have a fur baby of my own so your dog will always have another dog to cuddle or play with.
