Pass on the kennel, and board your dog in a loving home! *All previous pictures from previous home* I know how difficult it is to find the perfect place to leave your dog while you go on vacation, travel for work, or just need a place for your pup to hang out while you are gone for the day. However, I only watch SMALL dogs, and only GIRLS! I have two dogs of my own so your girl will have plenty of opportunity for playtime. Weather permitting they will get to go on at least one walk per day. It's important to me that you are as comfortable as possible with your dog staying with us, so please feel free to ask any questions. I usually keep our guests on the same schedule as my girls, and it has never been a problem. Dogs are smart and adapt easily to different environments while easily picking back up the normal routine at home, but if certain feeding times are important to you please let me know. I love giving treats and have no problem sharing the treats we have, unless you would prefer I didn't. If that is the case I ask you please bring treats from home. Please let me know if there are any special diet needs or allergies. I try to keep the day active, but Sunday is always a quiet and sort of a lazy day. I would also prefer no drop-offs or pick-ups on Sundays if avoidable. I will not crate your dog during the day unless.... * I am not home and I feel it is best based on how well the dogs are getting along. (No more than 2 hours) * If your dog is a young puppy and needs some encouragement to rest and nap. Sometimes they just keep going and going without realizing how tired they are. (Only while sleeping) I will however crate at night. It is a requirement. The crate will be upstairs with us, so they will not be lonely. If your pup has their own crate that you prefer them to use your welcome to bring it, but I do have my own so it is not necessary. You will receive daily updates and pictures while your pup is with us. I know from personal experience how wonderful it is to have that.
