Hello! My name is Molly K. and I am a 22 year old senior college student majoring in animal science/animal health at OSU. Because of this, I do have a certain school schedule that I have to stay tentative to until the summer and am glad to make pet sitting arrangements around it. I know its probably not ideal to have a college student pet sitting but don’t let that scare you away yet. I am also a veterinary assistant at Kentown Animal Hospital in Parma, Ohio. I have been working there for 4 1/2 years so I have a good knowledge of animal health and animal behavior. I have pet sat for friends and neighbors for about 6 years now. I am comfortable with giving any medications needed, including insulin shots and checking glucose levels. In regards to the services I have chosen to provide I am comfortable with staying late nights/over nights, depending on my college and work schedule of course, doing regular check ins, and walking. If there are any other pets in the house I am perfectly fine with taking care of them as well, especially cats (I am a crazy cat person). I am a also comfortable with taking care of/feeding reptiles/amphibians, as I have a ball python and a tree frog. Same goes for livestock, birds, rodents, and fish. If I haven’t tired you out from reading yet I hope that you will consider me for the care of your pet. Thank you! I work Monday through Saturday along with my college schedule so I do get fairly busy during the week. This makes house sitting a little more difficult at times, which also makes it something I'm not always going to say yes to. I also require that requests for petsitting are sent at least one week in advance to the event. I like to let clients know when I arrive at their house and when I leave. I will always ask when/where you would like me to leave the key after petsitting as well.
