Pet care experience
I have grown up with golden retrievers my whole life. In adulthood, I have had a senior yellow lab and now a 3 year old yellow lab that I've raised and trained since a puppy.

Dream vacation for our girl, always a great time at Molly and Rudy’s house!
Lacy had a great stay at Molly's, plenty of pictures. Easy drop off and pick up, everything was ready. I would definitely take Lacy back!!
Molly is great, she sent pictures and videos of our pup playing with her dog everyday. I can tell Molly loves animals and treats them like family, she took care of Sioux when he wasn’t feeling too well, and kept us updated the entire time. I would trust her with my dog in the future and you should too!

I have a male lab, Rudy, who is very playful and good with dogs of all sizes. He does not bark unless he senses something isn't right or the FedEx guy is at the door. He spends his days napping on the couch while I'm at work. We have a fenced in yard. Our house is a split level so there are stairs to get in/out. Walks are typically in the evening. Our neighbors all have dogs and they often bark and play through the fence. I would prefer if your dog is crate and potty trained. Please provide a crate if your dog cannot be left out unattended during the day. We have TONS of super chewer dog toys so no need to bring any toys unless your dog has a favorite!

A typical day
We would go walking, play fetch or frisbee, play tug of war; if your dog likes to swim we could do that too. My dog LOVES swimming and we go to The Paw pool frequently.

I work full time in Mankato M-F, 8-5 pm. I would be able to stop home during lunch for potty breaks and potentially a short walk if needed. I'm usually home on the weekends.
