Hi! My name is Molly and I have lived in San Jose my whole life. I received by B.S. in Justice Studies, and just graduated with my M.S. in Global Criminology from San Jose State in December. I grew up with 5 dachshunds, but now that I’ve moved out I only have one of my own, his name is Bernard! I used to work for Rover full-time during my undergrad, but took a break from accepting new clients for a while. I have worked with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperament through Rover. I have also worked at a dog daycare that offered training, bathing services, outdoor/treadmill walks, and boarding. Working at the daycare gave me experience handling large groups of dogs, aggressive dogs, and dogs of all sizes. I have attended training classes both as a student with my own dogs and as a helper with a certified trainer. Bernard and I have obtained his Canine Good Citizen together, and we also attend classes for and compete in scent trails around the Bay Area (he recently received a 3rd place in an exterior search and I couldn’t be more proud of him ☺️).
