I have over 20 yrs experience working with dogs. Professionally I have been a kennel manager at a service dog organization, an animal care taker at a local shelter (taking care if dogs and cats, assisting with medication, spay/neuter surgery, and behavior modification of more difficult to place dogs), worked in and managed a dog daycare, trained dogs professionally running basic obedience classes and puppy drop in socials. I have also volunteered in shelters as well as well as fostered kittens. I have had several personal dogs of my own and have seen them as puppies all the way to their senior days. I currently reside with my 4 year old australian shepherd and 3 year old border collie/lab cross. I take great care to ensure the safety of dogs that are in my care, from making sure doors and gates are secure, to properly using harness, halters, and leashes when walking your dog. I am comfortable with all sizes, breeds, and ages. I have also worked with veterinarians and am comfortable giving medications if necessary.
