Mitchell was friendly and kept in touch. He also was on time or early. He didn't really understand cats. The food dish had fresh food on top of old food. (several layers of old food.) The litter box was full until the last morning before I came home from a 5 day trip. My son came by on Saturday night and discovered my cat locked in a back bathroom. It was 15 hours by then. It would have been 24 had my son not come by. No food, no water, no fresh air in 90-95 temperatures. There was no reason for it. It was the one day we discovered, so I am uncertain if it happened more than once. Mitchell denies this "alleged incident" ever happened. It happened and he was the only one with a key to our house. She is super lethargic now. I haven't seen her drink or pee and will probably have to take her to the vet. Kind words and assurances are not enough. It's actions that count.

Mitchell was fantastic with our 2 large dogs (German Shepard and Lab). His communication was excellent. I would definitely request Mitchell again.
