Hi, my name is Misty. I live in a house in SW Portland with my two dogs, Jasper and Olivia. We live on a quiet dead end street in a very dog friendly neighborhood. The house sits on a large lot which is bordered by mature trees, so there is plenty of space to run around. The front yard often serves as a gathering place for many of the neighborhood dogs when everyone is out. It is like having our own little dog park. Gabriel Park is close and often a destination while on a walk. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover my entire life. I even toyed with the idea of opening my own dog daycare business and volunteered time working at an existing daycare to gain experience. Meet my pets Jasper & Olivia About my yard The backyard is not fenced in but bordered by natural habitat. The house is located in a hilly area, so the very back of the backyard drops off and is wooded. There are a number of mature trees that border the actual yard. There is plenty of space to run and play. Olivia enjoys having her ball thrown around out back throughout the year. My experience administering medication Yes, I am comfortable administering medication. Jasper and Olivia have undergone surgical procedures that required administration of medications following. A previous dog of my had allergies, so I am also comfortable delivering medication through injections.
