Here's why I am the perfect choice for your professional pet sitting needs: -I will send you all of my references without asking--and I have TONS! -All of my reviews are 5 stars. -I carry private pet sitting insurance. -My business is registered with the state of North Carolina. -Security systems are not a concern for me as I do my job with confidence and professionalism. When I do checkins/overnight stays, I play with your furbaby(ies), ensure there is plenty of food and water, scoop kitty litter, clean up any mess, ensure general tidiness of the house, bring in mail, packages, trash, recycle, water plants, and send photo updates. R A T E S / A R E A S I S E R V I C E : Please see my photos above for a price sheet and neighborhood list. **I am currently only providing services to Sellhorn Heights, Creekside Village, Wesmill Pond, Berne Glade and Taberna within James City, NC (will consider DT New Bern for cat care). My rates are based on your location and number of pets. Meet and greets are required before booking dropins/overnights. Overnight pet sitting is charged per 24 hours but I do not stay for 24 hours so that I can check on other pets as well as my own. **I have the right to decline or charge additional for puppies/kittens, aggressive dogs/cats, those with excessive medical needs, extremely overactive dogs or ones with separation anxiety. C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y: ONE DAY Clients get a full refund if they cancel by noon the day before the stay starts. After that, they get a 50% refund on the first 7 cancelled days and 100% refund on any days after that. ADDITIONAL: We're even comfortable with other pets such as hamsters, ferrets, fish, lizards, and turtles. I am more than willing to learn and assist with birds and farm animals such as pigs, goats, donkeys, and chickens.

Misty really came through for us when we had to go out of town after a death in the family. We had difficulty finding other petsitters on such short notice, but Misty was available and gladly came to our rescue. Our cats loved her, and one cat in particular was so happy to when she came to our house because he was so lonely! She let us know when she was at our house with the cats, texted photos of them while she was here, and sent us daily updates about the house, mail/packages, cats, etc. Misty is very professional, prompt, and a joy to work with; we highly recommend her services!
Our two large Labradoodles are still looking for Misty! They loved her! She played ball, went for a long walk, and let them wake her with their cold noses. She sent us a couple of photos and let me know how everyone was doing! I highly recommend Misty!!!

If you need someone to watch your pet while you are away Misty is your person. She is very thorough and you know your pet is in good hands. We received great updates regarding how our dog was doing and knew that she was happy and well taken care of. I would book Misty again in a heartbeat!

Availability
For Dropins: I can arrive as early as 7:15 am and as late as 7:30 pm. I try to keep dropins around 5 hours between visits. House Sitting: I wake around 6a and typically remain until 7:30a or 8a (unless I am leaving to drop my kid off at school which he has to be at Creekside by 7:50a.) I return midday for 1-3 hours typically and then settle in between 7p and 7:30 to remain for the night.
