FYI I’m vaccinated + boosted for Covid! Hello, I am a devoted and kind pet caretaker, and I'm excited to take care of your fur babies! Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve cared for pets of all ages, from seniors to a newborn puppy abandoned by her mama. When someone asks me if I am a "cat person" or a "dog person", I say "I love them all!". Many people have trusted me with their animals over the years because of my attentive, thorough, loving, and responsible care. Each animal is unique, and I'll always want to find out what is special about your fur baby. I have lots of experience giving animals medications, making sure that it is done compassionately and without stress. My own cat recently passed due to a cancerous tumor; she was 13, had several medical conditions, and took multiple medications. We even had an oxygen chamber at home for her. Great communication is one of my top strengths - I love keeping in touch with you - sending photos and making sure you know that everything is going well. I know how it feels to be away from your pet and to want reassurance! All of this is second-nature to me, because pets have been a part of my family and community for my entire life. I truly take pleasure in taking a pup for a good walk. I love seeing how much they enjoy it! Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions about my experience/care-taking style. Mirrah was amazing while checking in on our cat over the holidays. Our cat really benefited from the social interaction. I was able to communicate how to get into our place and instructions virtually which was super helpful since this was a last minute request from us. Will be reaching out again for any future pet sitting needs :)
Mirrah was fantastic with my 2 dogs. It's always a little bit stressful finding a new person to trust in your home and with your babies but this was a stress-free experience. My pups loved her and she was reliable. She made sure to give them treats, play with them in the backyard, clean up any accidents, and communicate all of this to me with cute picture updates. I'm so happy to have found a great sitter for the future.

Please let me know if your dog has any important preferences, anxiety triggers, or specific things they like! I want to make sure they are as happy as possible. Things like: -How many treats can I give them? -What is their potty schedule like? -Any medical treatments/details I should be aware of? -How friendly are they with other animals? -Is there a specific training method I should follow?
A typical day
During a drop-in visit, I will provide whatever is needed for your specific pet. For cats, I'll clean the litter box, refill food and water, and give them pets and cuddles if they feel like it. (Cats are often a bit more shy.) For dogs, I often feed them, provide fresh water, and play in your backyard or take them for a walk. Lots and lots of pets are typically involved, too :) During a walk, we'll go wherever is the best route surrounding your home. I'll make sure they get whatever amount of exercise they need :) Every dog is different! Please don't worry if you think your pet might make any messes while you are away. I have no qualms about cleaning up :)

Everyday is a day that I take care of pets :) My schedule is extremely open and flexible. I work another job from home, but I set the schedule for it. I can take care of your pets any day of the week, any time you need!
