About us: Hi! We are The Vera Family. We are located in Ellicott City with our pup Penny. She is caring, loving, playful and full of energy. She always help us welcome all pets. As you read our reviews, we hope you know that we care for your pup as if they were part of our own family. We'll keep you posted with lots of pictures and updates. Thank you for choosing us! Drop off and Pick up Times: Due to the fact we follow Rover Policies, check in and check out times are the same(for Dog Boarding Only). We charge per night, not per day. So keep in mind that if you need extra time passed the hour of pick up, we are flexible but let us know to modify and add a Doggy Day Care if needed. For Doggie Daycare: We will hold your dog for a period of 9 hours. Once again, we are flexible, but if you need extra hours let us know and we will modify the booking. Thanks! Activities: Here is a short list of the things we ideally do while your pet is with us: • Go on walks • Playtime at our community private dog park • Potty breaks (every 2 to 4 hours) • Playtime at home Sleeping & Feeding: • Feeding time at 9:30am and 5:30pm or as instructed by owner • Snacks given after walks • Free bath if needed for dogs with short hair or any length of hair up to 25 lbs (upon request)
