Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m a huge animal lover and my family is as well. We have 2 miniature schnauzers who enjoy playing in our fenced-in backyard! I enjoy play time and getting snuggles in with my girls. We also have two handsome kitty cats that are very tolerant of house guests; we also foster dogs and cats for our local rescue when needed. Practicing good behavior is something I try to incorporate into our daily tasks. I do have experience in administering eye drops/ointment and administering medication orally. I also excel in training puppies and have experience with senior care. My family and I would love to meet you and your fur babies!

Miriam has watched our 3 large Bernese Mountain dogs twice now, and is hands down the best sitter we ever had. She was also available for us last minute. Two of our dogs are high anxiety and also require meds for arthritis, but she handled their individual needs without any issues. Our dogs love her and she’s honestly so much better than any professional boarding place we’ve used. We will definitely continue to use her services in the future!

Miriam is my go-to sitter when I have to leave for work. She sends daily photos and has great communication. I feel much better knowing my girls are being taken care of by someone they’ve met before. I highly recommend her!

I will treat your fur baby as if they are a part of my own family. I have a fenced in backyard. Several of baby gates are located throughout our house for separation, if needed. I can also easily crate our guest(s) as well if that is what they are accustomed to.

I am happy to accommodate any request within reason - just ask! Every person and pet has their own quirk and that’s what makes them a special part of the family! ***When your pet is staying in my home: We only accept well socialized pets that are crate trained and UTD on vaccines. *We do prefer our male guests be neutered. If your pet doesn’t meet any of the above requirements, feel free to ask me about watching your pet in his/her own home! NOTE: boarding is for a 24 hour period; if pick up is 3+ hours after original drop off time then a daycare fee will be added.
A typical day
Snuggles are guaranteed. We will have playtime everyday. We feed our pets and guests twice a day in separate areas of the house or in their own proper crates to ensure the safety of every pet involved.

I do work outside of the home full time Monday-Friday. We try to give our dogs, including our pet guests, a midday visit from either myself or my husband, Nick.
