While every service varies in task, my attention to care is always present. If I am dog walking, I make sure to meet your dog with good energy and with lots of love. I am excited to see them and I know they are excited to go outside! I am very attentive on our walk, taking note of their triggers if any and of their walking patterns. I switch up walking routes with reoccurring clients to ensure their dog is stimulated and exploring the world around them. I teach new commands for better walking habits and work with the owners on behaviors that can be improved. I make sure to reward your dog with homemade treats made with pet friendly ingredients (disclosed to the owner beforehand). If possible, I play with your dog after the walk to continue the fun and give them some extra love and attention. I am open to accommodation. If your dog needs a little more love, I am happy to make extra time to give your dog that extra care. Drop ins vary based on the pet type but I always check on the pet(s) and the environment of the home. I clean the bowls (if necessary) and make sure they're full of food/water (according to owner standards). I make sure they use the restroom and make sure to clean up if they’ve made a mess. I also give love to the pet(s). I know they miss their owner a lot and may feel lonely. I know my company probably means a lot to them so I make sure they feel important and cared for. This can range from playing with them and their favorite toys or taking them on a walk or petting them. Some even enjoy me reading to them. I also let them know that they're loved by me and their owners.
