Pet care experience
My name is Miranda and I can't wait to meet your special pal! I am happy to accommodate most areas of Richmond with drop-in visits, walking, feeding, and playing as I currently work from home! Ever since I can remember, animals were always in my life and there were always dogs in my home. My family animals include a wonderful lab beagle mix named Edna and fluffy cat named Penelope. I love the bond that humans share with our pets, and I will treat yours like it was my own! I have experience with large and small dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits and guinea pigs, and other exotic animals! After working in the veterinary field for 5 years, I am very comfortable administering medication and anything else that your pet needs. I have experience with post-surgical pets, blind or deaf pets, and pets with arthritis or mobility issues. Please let me know how I can help you and your furry friend while you are away!

We were thrilled to have Miranda Skinner take care of our precious Daisy many times, sometimes just to let her out during the day but often overnight. We trusted her completely not only to take care of our dachshund , who is our “child” but also our home. She always proved to be trustworthy, warm, kind and compassionate. Daisy loves her! She kept in close touch with us when we were out of town, texting us to assure us Daisy was fine. She also has experience working in an animal clinic. We highly recommend her as a dog sitter. Miranda loves animals, so it was no surprise when she decided she wanted to become a veterinarian. She has worked for the past 2 years as a Vet assistant while going to school. She would be a perfect pet sitter. She is compassionate, loving and is experienced. She will treat your pet as if they were her own and you would know your pet would be in good hands.
Wow Miranda was great! She is a responsible, caring young lady who really bonds with animals. She is a very good communicator and always kept me updated. I felt at ease knowing she has Vet Assistant experience, so she knows how to handle and care for my pets, one who has arthritis in both hips. Enjoyed working with Miranda.
