Pet care experience
As an animal shelter worker with a degree in Environmental Science, I am confident in my ability to care for all types of animals from mammals to birds, insects, fish, reptiles, and amphibians! I am well versed in things like reactivity and stranger danger and know I can handle all types of pets :) I know many of my photos and descriptions seem silly but I take animal care and safety very seriously and am prepared for all kinds of unsuspected circumstances. Your baby is safe with me!

It is really important to me to know about a dog's behavior when it comes to other dogs, strangers, and children. I work daily with shelter dogs who tend to have different preferences on a wide variety of things and I always want to be setting them for success by giving them lots of opportunities to make good choices.
A typical day
I really enjoy mental stimulation and enrichment and try to incorporate that into my walks via lots of sniffing! When at home I really enjoy making puzzles, lick mats, and hide and seek feedings to keep them on their toes!

Availability
I am available to care for pets Monday-Friday and willing to be as flexible as need be! Mornings and afternoons are typically best but I am open to working in night visits.
