Pet care experience
This is my first time offering these services, but I am confident in my ability to do it. I love all animals (except spiders), including dogs, cats, reptiles, small animals, and wild/exotic animals. I have been passionate about animals since I could talk. I have 4 pets currently, 3 short-haired cats and a loving pit bull. I’ve also been volunteering at animal shelters for 5 years. I’m a college student now, but I hope to go into animal care taking and/or rehabilitation as a career. I’m doing dog sitting/walking jobs not only because of my love for animals, but also to gain more experience with animals of all shapes, sizes, ages, breeds, and needs. I’m very patient and understanding of different situations, so I can be flexible. Please consider me to care for your fur babies!

So this young lady is like the DOG WHISPERER!! She took care of my baby Pineapple while I was away for my first work trip. I was worried he wouldn't take to her because he normally doesn't take to people he doesn't know. But he loved her immediately and I felt so much better knowing Pineapple was with someone we both trusted!! Pineapple and I both loved her!!!

Miranda has been my work-study student at the University of Evansville for the past 3 years. There are so many wonderful things to say about Miranda. She is responsible, reliable, honest, hard working and her love for animals is tremendous. Miranda volunteers at our local Humane Society in Evansville during her school year. She has adopted one of the precious doggies from the Humane Society - Cole. Miranda also helps with the care of our turtles in the Biology Dept. I highly recommend Miranda to become a loving dog caregiver!

I would like to know if they have any potty training issues, behavioral issues, aggression, any special needs, dietary restrictions, schedule specifications, how they get along with other animals, and if they have any anxieties (separation, loud noises, storms, etc.). I don’t discriminate any breed, and I would ask EVERY client if their dog has a repeated history of serious aggression.
A typical day
There is a forest preserve near my house where I like to walk, and I also walk around the neighborhood. I enjoy utilizing toys to play with dogs. I also enjoy enrichment activities such as teaching dogs to sit, stay, lie down, etc. for treats.
