Pet care experience
I have worked with animals for over 20 years and worn many hats. Dog Daycares, Kennels, Veterinary Facilities, Pet Rescue, and Wild Animal Sanctuaries are just some of the types of animal care that I've been blessed to be a part of. Currently, I am attending college and working within the veterinary industry. My experience has given me a great understanding of animal behavior and allowed me to spot veterinary concerns in the pets that I care for. I've also attended Bel-Rea Veterinary Technical School and practiced as a vet tech. School and family are important to me so my schedule has gaps that I would love to fill with barks and happy tails! I'll work hard to meet your needs!

Mindy is fantastic! We had her watch our cat again over the holidays. She is thoughtful, responsive, and very communicative. She went above and beyond to make sure our kitty was cared for and happy. We will continue to have her watch our cat in the future and couldn't recommend her more highly!

I've handled and adjusted many leads, harnesses, carriers etc. Entering homes that include pets can be dangerous if you have escape artists. I can ensure none will be freed by a lack of knowledge of how to enter/exit safely.

Should your pet need medications either oral topical or injectable, you won't need to worry while they're in my care. If your pet is timid or has sensitive areas, please let me know ahead of time so they have the best possible experience.
A typical day
I enjoy caring for all animals no matter the type. All seem to enjoy me and I find it rewarding to win over the not so friendly ones. I'm sure to play softly with peers who are reactive and with more action with those who much more energetic.

Availability
Drop-in case fits my schedule best due to my job at the vet clinic. My shift is typically mid day which allows morning and evening drop-ins for your babies.
