I am an estates and trusts attorney who mostly works from home in North Reston and loves dogs. Since I am able to work from home, I have a lot of flexibility. I have adopted several wonderful dogs from Lab Rescue, ranging from younger pups to senior dogs. My first black lab was with me for over 15 years and was a certified Canine Good Citizen - she was also a tripod in her later years due to bone cancer in her back leg. All of my dogs have successfully completed obedience training. I am patient with dogs of all breeds, and understand their special needs. I lost my 15 yr old choc lab Maggie In 2018, who I adopted from Lab Rescue when she was 7. I now have Lola, a 5-yr old lab mix who I adopted from Lost Dog Rescue. Lola Is very sweet and gets along well with other dogs. I crate my dogs anytime that I leave the house to avoid unwanted accidents, so your dog would need to be crate trained (I have a large-sized extra crate available). Owner must provide vaccine records indicating current DHPP and Bordatella, Rabies Certificate, and flea/tick preventative.
