I used to have a dog of 50 lb dog. I adopted him from North Shore Animal League America 17 years ago (but he passed away 4 years ago). Whenever I see a dog, the dog reminds me of him. I am a real estate broker. My business schedule is very flexible. I live in Battery Park City in New York. Many of the tenants in my building are dog lovers. I love to walk, brush, and play with dogs. I can pick up dogs if your location is near Financial Center or Wall street.

I don’t really understand the hype in all these reviews. I chose to board my 3yo Aussie with them for the first time after seeing all the reviews and repeat clients and having used Rover multiple times over the years, I know what is expected with sitters. I got the bare minimum communication with Minako and her husband. No questions about Kaia’s feeding, walk schedule, temperament, nothing. Got two picture updates the entire weekend (both on the first day, no updates the second day whatsoever) with absolutely no text/communication about how she was doing. Seems like an under the radar apartment dog daycare operation. Will definitely be weary of these over the top reviews going forward.

1. I always have dogs in my apartment, so a dog who comes to my apartment needs to be friendly to other dogs. 2. I prefer not to use wee wee pads. 3. I prefer dogs who do not bark in my apartment.

I live in Battery Park City where there are spacious and quiet spaces for dog walking. And a dog can stay at my apartment upon your request. I also can brush and play with dogs. In my building, there are many friendly dogs. So it is a dog friendly atmosphere.

My business schedule is very flexible Walk schedule 7 ,11am 4, 8pm . For 11 am, I will provide 1 hour walk. For other time, 20 min to 40 min.
