Pet care experience
Throughout my 60 years of life I have been blessed to have had the chance to love many pets. My own, my families and my friends. My above headline is a condensed version of this quote, “Pets are humanizing. They remind us we have an obligation and responsibility to preserve and nurture and care for all life.” - James Cromwell, American Actor. What would the world be without them...unhappy! I have no problem administering pill form medication. I am not a professional trainer but am happy to fortify any training a pet owner is undertaking. I don’t have any “unpleasant” pet experiences to convey.

Mimi was amazing. She was very accommodating and patient. We have a cat with special dietary/medication needs and she didn’t hesitate. We would not hesitate to have her sit our kitties again… She sent updates and pictures and was patient with our spotty availability as we were camping. We also had last minute changes to our situation and she was very flexible and understanding. Thank you Mimi…. We were able to enjoy our vacation because we knew our kitties were in good hands !!
Mimi is a great dog sitter. She is intuitive and comfortable around special-needs dogs. We had her watch our once-paralyzed dog who is now incontinent, and we did not worry in the least. Before our trip, we had Mimi over to show her around. We could tell right away that she would be ideal for our dog. She is gentle, delights in animals, and she can also take a gentle firm alpha role. In fact our dog usually does not like other dogs, but when we went for a short walk with Mimi holding the leash, our dog did not get as upset with other dogs. Mimi is also a great communicator. She sent us pictures and even a video of our dog while we were gone. It was very sweet. I highly recommend Mimi to anyone who wants time away, with the knowledge their pet will be well taken care of. We will definitely use her services again. Denise
Trustworthy, reliable and loving,! If you are lucky enough to get Mimi to sit with, stay with or walk your dogs you are lucky! I have one active dog and one disabled senior and Mimi is great with both of them, we had her stay with them for 2 weeks while we were gone and we were able to relax on our trip knowing that would be well cared for; from daily walks and medication treatments she didn't miss a beat. She is an excellent communicator, responsive and without a doubt we would have her come back again and again! Rudy and Stretchy love Mimi and so do we!
Mimi is a caring, nurturing dog lover. She is super friendly and easy to work with. Your dog will be a Lucky Dog to have Mimi as their friend!

A typical day
I enjoy walking pets from brisk, fast paced walks for the high energy pet to the slower paced strolls of the more sedate. Settings like parks or more remote hiking style trails are the perfect places for outdoor exercise. I love snuggling and finding those special “sweet spots” that every pet has to scratch away the stress and tensions of life.

I am available many weekends, early mornings and after work hours on weekdays during the school year. Summer weekends are a bit sketchier but please ask. Summer weekdays I have early mornings and after work hours available.
