Pet care experience
I have been pet sitting for 7 years now and over the past 2 years have fostered 15 dogs of various ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments! I’ve done it all from potty training, crate training, socialization, leash etiquette, etc. Fostering is incredibly rewarding and has taught me so many fundamental skills that will help me care for your pet the best way I can! My home has had many temporary pet residents and I always ensure they are safe and comfortable on their own terms. I have a senior cat with CKD and hyperthyroidism so I have plenty of experience with medications and injections if that is needed for your pet.

Went away for a little over a week, and my emotionally demanding void was spoiled once again with Milicia. I always get succinct, clear updates and the best pics of the little kitty to know that he's doing well.
Milica stayed with our cat and dog. She sent lots of updates and both were great when we came home. She also left our house cleaner than when we left. I would not hesitate to book her again.
Milica always does an amazing job with Pluto, leaving detailed notes anything out of the ordinary with him, along with the cutest pictures every visit. I know my kitty is in good hands when I'm out of town.
Milica is great with our rescue dog on walks, she was very communicative and came to meet him before walking him. I will absolutely use her again and recommend to anyone!!

I am huge on safety and transparency. I have my own dog and cat so I promise to care for your pets the same way I would want someone to care for my two boys. I only accept animals that are up to date on their vaccinations. The only exception to this rule is super senior cats who are indoor only. I have two pets in my home and many Rover clients, I cannot risk transmission of disease from unvaccinated animals. Please ensure that you notify me if your pet has had any transmissible illness in the previous 4 weeks.

Please tell me as much as you can about your dog including but not limited to: special needs, daily routine, feeding amount and schedule, allergies, treat allowance, activity level, walk/potty schedule, known commands, fears or stressors, what type of affection they prefer. There really is no such thing as too much information. The more you’re able to share, the easier it will be for me to adjust to your pet’s needs!
A typical day
I’m huge on mental enrichment if that is something your dog enjoys! I love going for walks am happy to go at the speed and length your dog enjoys as well. Otherwise, we can play indoors, snuggle, come up with some brain games. Just let me know what your dog enjoys and I will make sure to adjust!

Availability
I work from home in tech consulting with a very flexible schedule so pet care fits in perfectly! I have a dog and cat of my own whose happiness is my #1 priority. House sitting - I do not provide constant care (24/7 care) and will be in/out of the house for up to 6 hours total per day. Walks - 1 hour window required for walk start time
