I am a life-long animal lover with years of cat and dog sitting experience. I am transitioning out of my career and filling my time with pursuits that are more fulfilling. Walking the hills, parks, and streets of Seattle is one of my passions and I would love to take your pup with me. I love spending an hour playing with a cat or throwing frisbee with a pup. I am step-dad to a red and white Irish Setter who regularly accompanies me on hiking and backpacking trips I cannot provide services in my own home at this time. However, I can do in-house visits and overnight stays, walks, trips to dog parks, and hikes.

Miles is fantastic! He took great care of Winston, our senior dog, and house sat while we were out of town. We were a bit nervous, just because Winston has gotten so used to us being around 24/7. But he took to Miles really quickly - even our neighbor commented that they were having a great time on their walks. Miles was also super communicative, he asked great questions and had no issues with our instructions. He really put our minds at ease. We will definitely be booking him again (if we can!) as we start to travel more.

Miles was totally awesome watching our little guy Roscoe and house sitting. He was super responsive throughout and had great proactive communication. Also loved getting pics of their adventures. To top it off, he left our house as clean as when he arrived. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MILES!!!

During our first visit, we can discuss your pet's care needs, behavior around new people and other animals, and points of special attention. I prefer working with dogs who are well tempered around other animals and comfortable on a leash.
A typical day
I love going on long neighborhood and park walks with pups. Depending on how social they are, we can incorporate dog park visits into our walks so they can have some time to run around off-leash. To burn off some energy, I love playing Frisbee or catch while there. For lower-energy dogs or cats, like to give them some undivided attention and playtime to keep them entertained during the visit.
