I love animals. In my old home, I wasn't able to have any pets because of the limited space, but many of my friends and family had pets that I would take care of and spend time with on a regular basis. The only experience I have with a pet is a turtle and a fish. I rescued the turtle from a friend because his mother bought him without realizing how much care he would need. I was considering spending my last dollar to get what he needed until I had found out a friend had turtles, as well. I took him to the vet to make sure he was okay and then I passed him off to that friend. After a couple of days, he wasn't able to keep him so we both found an animal hospital that specializes in reptiles and amphibians.
