Mikhail and his family did a wonderful job of looking after our dog, Scout, while we were away for a week in April. Mikhail is an excellent communicator, prompt responses, proactively kept us informed about his stay with texts and pics from walks and just lounging around. Mikhail reached out a few weeks before our trip to check if we were OK with Scout having another dog on premise for a couple of days. He suggested an afternoon playdate and drove down to Cupertino to pick him up. The playdate was a great success and Scout had a fun playmate at the end of his week stay. Care for Scout became more complicated a week before our scheduled trip. He broke a toenail which exposed the nail quick. Initially. a painful injury, which required a cone of shame and application of an antibiotic 2xday and some restriction of activities. I checked in with Mikhail to see if he was willing to deal with this added responsibility. “Sure, no problem”. Throughout the week, Mikhail sent toenail pictures along with activity shots which showed the rapid healing progress. Fantastic! On pickup I could tell that Scout had formed an affectionate bond with Mikhail and his wife. We highly recommend Mikhail and will use him again!

Mikhail took great care of my one year old golden doodle and sent me multiple updates throughout the day. When I went to pick up Phoebe, Mikhail had to go back inside the house to get her things, and Phoebe tried to follow him back in. Lol. So I knew she enjoyed her day.
