Pet care experience
I started boarding dogs while I was home from college on breaks so that my dog, Luke, would have some company, and have kept it up for about 6 years now. I have boarded dozens of dogs, including a King Charles Spaniel, a Chihuahua, and a Golden Retriever on several occasions. I currently tutor from home most of the day. I love being a boarder and a sitter because I have a special place in my heart for dogs, and Luke and I enjoy the company. I am an avid hiker and spend a lot of time outdoors so I would be glad to take your dog/s along.

Information Mike P. would like to know about your pet
Obviously, I would need to know if your dog takes any medication, how much food they need and when, etc. It would help to know if your dog has any limitations. I've had dogs from 6 months to 15 years old so I know that there can be a big difference in energy levels. I'm a big guy so I can help any older dogs with stairs if you give me a heads up.
A typical day
I have a fenced in back yard and usually leave the door open for the dogs to come in and out as they please. There are a few parks around me and I'll normally take the dogs for a long walk on weekdays. On weekends I like to go hiking.

Availability
I'm mostly working from home at the moment so I'm with the dogs most of the day. I have a flexible schedule during the day so I have time to take the dogs to the park. The only time I have to leave would be in the late afternoons, but someone is always around to watch the dogs. My weekends are free, and I'll usually take the dogs on a hike.
