Both of my dogs are shelter dogs, and one of them has more anxiety around people - especially men. I originally reached out to Mike because he reminded me of a previous dog walker that she grew to adore. Our initial Meet and Greet with Mike confirmed my hopes - Mike has a very calm, pleasant, and kind demeanor, I could see that she was warming up to him right away. Working with Mike has been a great experience so far. He is absolutely a dog person, and both of my pups love his visits. Additionally, he's very attentive to my dogs/their feelings, detail-oriented, quick/comprehensive with his responses, and has been very generous about accommodating my apartment complex's check-in process (which are absolutely stricter than the norm, due to some recent break-ins).

I have known Mike for more than 15 years. Mike is a wonderful, intelligent, caring, dedicated man. He loving care of my dogs before he moved recently. My dogs love Mike. His understanding of dogs, their needs, their quirky habits and their individual personalities coupled with his love of dogs and his amazing ability to communicate with them makes me think of Mike as a veritable dog whisperer. I would heartily recommend Mike as a dog walker and/or dog sitter. Your loving pets could not be in better hands.
