Mike and his family were great! He was very thorough at the meet and greet. We were nervous as we haven’t travelled without our pups before, but after meeting Mike and his mother we felt much more comfortable. We loved the daily pictures and the dogs enjoyed the big backyard. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve used Rover several times but haven’t been a repeat customer to any due to various reasons. As such we were nervous to have to leave our babies (2 dogs, 1 cat) again with strangers. I’ve always made Rover my absolute last option because of previous experiences and trusting my furry family members to strangers is really difficult. However, I think Mike and his family will be our first choice from now on to care for my babies. From the first meeting to the pick up, the experience was comforting. Mike met us with lots of questions, very organized and listened as we went on and on about our babies. Replied very quickly to any questions and was patient and accommodating when we needed to add our cat to the reservation. They stayed with Mike for 9 nights. Every morning I woke up to about 10 photos and an update from Mike. Our cat, with plenty of calico attitude and does not warm up to people was photographed sitting in laps multiple times with Mike. She is aloof and doesn’t like being handled but got back into her kennel without any blood shed for Mike. That’s some cat whisperer magic since WE struggle getting her into her kennel when needed. Our dogs immediately took to Mike and his family. They loved the big fenced in yard. Mike followed all our requests and there were many due to previous experiences. The dogs were allowed to be on the furniture like at home. Mike’s mom, Lynn, made one of my dogs a gorgeous jacket. He is in a very short shave down so I asked Mike to use the jacket I provided on cold days for walks. It’s a heavier jacket because we didn’t have a lighter one. Well, we do now and it’s so beautifully made. The colors, fabric, stitching, size and style are impeccable. Lynn even made a toy for each of my babies. Even without any of these amazing extras Lynn made for our babies, I would absolutely be using Mike and his family again. They definitely enjoy the animals and make them feel at ease. I’m very nervous and untrusting of strangers caring for my animals. We always worry about them the entire time we are away. This is the first time we were able to relax. Mike made us feel at ease with how organized he was at our first meeting, then with the DAILY updates and photos while we were away, and with the patient and swift answers to our questions throughout the booking. I will be a returning customer. Which for me is the highest praise. I trust Mike and his family to take great care of my fur babies. There aren’t many I would trust with them. Thank you Mike, Lynn and Milo for giving us the priceless gift of peace of mind. You will see us again. ????
