Pet care experience
I've been around dogs my entire life! My family has taken in many different animals of all shapes in sizes back home in the rural farm town I used to live in. Now that I'm in the city, I love meeting and taking care of dogs of all shapes and sizes! Coming from such a rural part of this state, it gives me great joy to be outside of the concrete jungle as much as possible and to share that experience with a dog. Whenever possible, I will be providing your animal with an active and fun walkig experience. I have a very flexible availability throughout the week. Like most of us in New York City, I'm always running around and can be available at a moment's notice!

I have known Mike for over 7 years. He is a kind, thoughtful and responsible person. Mike has sat for our terrier, Pinter, many times. Pinter dotes on him. Mike is gentle, patient and playful with our goofy pup. My partner and I feel totally secure leaving Pin in Mike’s care. Fun Pertinent Fact: While we were roommates in grad school, Mike and I rescued a green cheek conure who we found abandoned on our street. We cared for him and found him a great home. Long story short: Mike is an animal-loving superhero.
As Mike's sister, I can personally say that growing up he loved and cared for every dog we owned (and cat)! I know he will treat any other dog with the same amount of affection, mindfulness and patience. Mike is a good person inside and out, with a strong work ethic and a loving nature, so you should never worry about leaving your best friend with him!
As a seasoned walker/sitter here on Rover for the past few years, I have always recommended Mike to my returning clients as I’ve witnessed first hand how responsible, loving and committed he is to animals. Not only is Mike a huge dog lover with great emotional intelligence, he’s athletic and physically capable of of handling any breed big or small. A trustworthy walker, indeed!
