Pet care experience
We've had dogs all our lives. At least one of us is home at just about all hours of the day. Dogs get attention, walks, bathroom breaks, and preferably cuddles. We treat them like we would our own. Dog-friendly neighborhood. A semi-fenced yard (1 way in, 1 way out.) Lots of space in the house to stretch out. House is very secure. A large porch with a great doggy view of what is going on in the outside world. A very docile dog of our own is just as happy keeping your dog company as sitting on the couch for hours on end. Flexible with time and availability. One of us is up early, one late, so the dog is never really alone without some good company.

I am new to Melrose and found a gem in Mike and his family. When I travel for work, I want my Judah to have a great home away from home. Mike and his family provide that and their dog Misty and Judah seem to be best buddies. Mike sends pictures and a great summary of the stay when I pick up Judah. And when I went to pick up Judah he was snuggling Mike which is indicative he bonded with the family. Thank you Mike for making Judah's time away from home a great one!
I am fairly new to Melrose and have been looking for the perfect local sitter or two close to my house for when I have to travel for work and Mike and his family (wife and dog Misty) are wonderful. Mike went out of his way to understand Judah's comforts and preferences and did everything to make him feel at home. In fact my Judah felt so at home, Mike sent me an adorable picture where Judah snuggling and ready for bed along with the family and pics where Judah and Misty (their dog) were relaxing together. Mike works from home so there is very little time your dog will be alone but just for short periods of time. His home is very comfy and welcoming and his dog Misty is very calm. I don't have to look further, with Mike and his family I found Judah's perfect home away from home. Thank you Mike!
