Mikalya did a great job dog & house sitting while we escaped Maine snow for Mexico sands. Our boy was obviously well cared for, as was as our home. Truly appreciate Mikalya and will hire again.

Thankful to have found a sitter that could commit to a week but after coming home, found a lot of little issues that kept adding up. Our pup was not her usual self but was very jumpy and cowered a few times with our normal playful gestures. Our cat took a few days to start purring again and he usually purrs non stop. Someone had slept in our bedroom and left perfume scent on the bedding/comforter and I am sensitive to scents. Things were taken out of the cabinets around the house (kitchen and bathroom) and not returned to their spot. The counters were left a mess with crumbs and sticky build up. Our nonstick pans were ruined with burned crusty food built up on them and will likely need replacing and our vacuum wouldn’t suck anything up and required repairs. I will say that our flight home was severely delayed and Mikayla was willing to stay later with extra payment but we appreciated the flexibility. Likely will not hire via rover again though after this experience.
