I believe it’s really important to meet the dogs with the owner before going on our first walk. It makes the dogs way less anxious. From there I would just take as much time as the dog needs to warm up until they are comfortable and excited for our walks.

Here's where we'll take our walks Around my neighborhood and I also have a fenced backyard. I can also take them to the dog beach and park, if you are comfortable with it. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Wherever you prefer, I am comfortable with them sleeping on my bed to a crate. Time I'll spend with your dog Depends on the day but all of my free time!
