Hi! My name is Mikayla, and I am a 26-year-old who works from home looking to share some love and care with your sweet pet. My childhood dog was very shy and submissive, so I have extensive experience taking care of sensitive sweethearts. I started loving on dogs at a young age. I have frequently watched, walked, kissed and cared for pups of all ages and breeds for as long as I can remember. Professionally, I have cared for animals on and off for about eight years. I have many years experience volunteering with local rescue and adoption agencies. My experience with equine and dog therapy has only increased my connection with all animals, understanding their emotions, communicating unconditional love and creating lasting bonds. I believe that positive and gentle energy will soothe every dog, make a great listener out of any pup, and bring out his or her playful side :) The comfort of both you and your pet is of the utmost importance to me, and I will keep open communication to insure any preferences you or your pet may have are taken care of the best way possible. I am detail-oriented and can easily follow your pet's routine or any instructions you may have for me. I love taking pictures and videos and can send as many updates about your cutie as you like :) Most importantly, I want your pup to have fun! ABOUT ME: I previously took care of pets through Rover when I was a student living in Atlanta. Now that I am working from home as a wellness consultant, I'm able to care for wonderful fur guests into my loving cottage. My schedule is highly flexible and I am available every day including weekends. On days that I am delivery meals I would be away for no more than 2 hours at a time, so it's easy for me to spend lots of time with your pup. I've missed my snuggle buddies, so discovering Rover is a dream come true. It brings me so much joy to see wagging tails and big, slobbery grins.
