Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs and cats mainly, but I have lived on a farm my whole life so I’m familiar with many animals. I have also worked in a veterinarian office previously so I’m experienced in a medical background as well and also have animals of my own who are spoiled like crazy. I can feed, bathe, and walk dogs and cats. My friends and family rely on me when out of town to take care of their farms including their farm animals. All are welcomed and loved🐾❤️ I currently work part-time and are a nursing student the other half of the time so I’m available throughout the week and schedule my work around the needs of my clients on Rover. I have a yard that has an invisible electric fence and plenty of living area to accommodate your fur baby. I do have a big yard and beautiful meadow and park 10 minutes down the road from me where going out to play is always fun. I like to learn the pets baseline routine at home and follow closely to that to keep them comfortable.

Mikayla was absolutely wonderful with our older puppy! She made our baby feel perfectly at home. The home environment is very nurturing, with a nice yard to play in. It’s important that I have a good itinerary for your pet and know what the expectations are ahead of time. I also like to know any medical conditions and allergies. I will give baths if needed as a part of my services.
A typical day
I love to take them on walks and give baths. Every dog loves to be pampered and I’m 100% willing to do that. I also have a trail and park about 10 minutes from me so playing fetch and getting daily exercise is important as well. I give a goody bag at the end if every visit including treats and a new toy.
