Pet care experience
I have two dogs of my own (a neutral-tempered Chiweenie and a sweet German Shepherd). I have worked for Rover for over 6 years and have experience with many different types of animals- everything from dogs, cats, snakes and so on. I love animals of all sizes and ages! I live in a house with a big, fenced-in yard and love to walk the neighborhood. I work nights only 3 days a week and my fiancée is home while I work so there is always someone home with the doggos. Let me play with your fur babies so I don’t get another one!

My dog was very happy at Mikala's!! She loved on him like he was one of her own, and he got along great with her dogs! Highly recommend!!
My dog is very shy with new people & Mikala came to meet her before our scheduled drop in visits. She took it very slow with my dog and sent me updates from each visit! Definitely hiring Mikala again and recommended her for dogs who need extra time warming up to new people :)
Hoosier loved his time with Mikala. She took great care of him for almost 3 weeks. He looked great and happy when we picked him up. She even helped by getting him more food when we didn't send enough. We will use her again!
Anyone who loves their furry babies knows the value of care when they can’t travel with them is invaluable ... we immediately knew Mikala was the best choice for our babies and came home to all three of them happy and content !! I’d like to know about your pet’s temperament, their favorite treats, and their daily schedule. A vaccination history would be great too, since I know we live in an area where there are so many other dogs.
A typical day
We like to play fetch in the backyard and walk the neighborhood! There is no shortage of dog toys at my house and my couch is definitely dog friendly!

Availability
I’m a nurse so I am home 4 days out of the week (usually consecutive). If there were ever a situation where I were to work the day I’m keeping your pet, my fiancée (whom I live with) could help out! He works days and I work nights- it works out perfect for our doggos care!
