Pet care experience
I'm a PhD student and study from home. Trained volunteer with the Humane Society of Southern Arizona. I live near Himmel and Reid park and would love to give your pet lots of love and exercise, including running (jogging) and visiting dog parks to socialize your dog. I am home most days, most of the day. I can teach basic tricks to dogs if we meet regularly. I grew up with animals and have a good connection with all kinds of dogs. I used to own a chihuahua mix and enjoyed her a lot (she's happy and healthy and living with my parents in Oregon). Happy to accommodate various schedules, rules and training styles for your dog. Mija was great and took very good care of my grandmother’s 2 dogs while she was out of town for 2 weeks. She sent over pics and kept communication during the entire stay. We would highly recommend Mija to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy dog sitter ?
Booked last minute when my Rover sitter canceled on us. Mija sent a picture on night one. She asked several questions throughout the home sitting via text. The animals were fine when we got home and that’s all that really matters! This was our second experience with Rover and we will be using the service again in the future.
Benji loved Mejia! She gave him lots of attention which he loved! She took him for walks and played with him. Although he apartment was small she put up his pen so he would be comfortable.She was located very conveniently for us as we were staying at the Viscount on Broadway. She communicated quickly to all my communication. Hopefully she will be available the next time we come back to Tucson to spend the night. We highly recommend her!
