Pet care experience
I’m really excited and thankful to be considered to take care of your dogs, and I’m really looking forward to working with you. Here are some things about me you might like to know. My wife often says I have the personality of a golden retriever, and that’s perhaps my best letter of recommendation. But in all seriousness, we love dogs (all sizes and kinds) and we use this as an excuse to pet puppies and get our steps in. We also live in a small apartment that doesn’t allow pets, so this is a mutually beneficial deal :) I have about 15 years of experience taking care of animals professionally. I worked in a university research facility for 10 years and was trained in animal care. We also dog sit for a lot of my friends, a few of whom suggested we do this since we love dogs so much.

Miguel is so conscientious and sweet with my pup! We’ve had him dogsit at our condo several times and every time I come back, my dog has clearly been treated like a little prince! He has some health issues and Miguel has been able to follow all of the directions and keep him safe and healthy!
Miguel was a fabulous dog sitter, he stayed in our house with our dog for two weeks! He was super communicative and came over several times so our dog could meet him & get used to him. He gave us daily updates about our dog and plenty of pictures :) We will for sure book him again as our dog sitter!

Miguel did such a great job watching out dog and our house while we were away. We got plenty of updates and photos, and he arrived when we asked, even though it was early in the morning. Our dog was clearly very comfortable while he was here, and we came home to a relaxed and happy dog. We also came home to a very neat and tidy home. We highly recommend Miguel!

I’m currently working 8AM-5PM but depending on the week I may be working from home and have a lot more flexibility throughout the day. Weekends are usually free.
