It is mandatory that all dogs entering my home are up to date on all vaccines, including any and all puppy boosters and deworming. These vaccines include Distemper/Parvovirus (DAPP), Kennel Cough (Bordetella) and Rabies for all dogs over 4 months old. Please be prepared to provide proof of vaccination. I accept emailed or scanned vaccine records as an effort to keep paper usage at a minimum. While I understand that the idea of vaccinating can be controversial among pet owners, those that require my services must adhere to the vaccination requirements to ensure the safety of every dog I have the pleasure of having at my house. All dogs must wear name tag and up-to-date rabies tag at all times. Parasite Prevention & Overall Health: I am very strict about cleanliness and follow strict guidelines as far as flea and tick control. My pets are given prescription strength preventives every month and I require that all pets entering my house are up to date on their prevention. I also have routine pest control come to the house monthly to prevent any other types of critters from invading. I have no preference as to what prevention you use for your pets, as long as they are current. I will manually check each pet upon entrance to the house to ensure there are no hitchhiking parasites. I have the right to refuse entrance to pets not up to date on their prevention or pets that have obvious infestations on them. It is important that all pets are up to date on their heartworm prevention since we spend a lot of time outdoors and we can never totally eliminate the mosquito population in Miami. Owners who choose not to administer heartworm prevention to their pets are doing so at their own discretion and I cannot be held liable for illness. All dogs seeking any of my services must be neutered and spayed. Intact dogs are usually very territorial and can become aggressive towards other dogs and humans. An intact male will do just about anything to find a mate! That includes digging his way under the fence and making like Houdini to escape from the house. And once he's free to roam, he risks injury in traffic and fights with other males. Intact dogs both male and female may mark their territory by spraying strong-smelling urine all over the house. Many aggression problems can be avoided by early neutering. Dogs under my care are kept extremely active and if your dog has any medical conditions, it is imperative to communicate that with me up front. ​

My back yard is equiped with dog training obstacles and dog park theme so your furry friend has the best time and enjoy his/her stay with me. There is also an area for small dogs in case they don't like to play with bigger dogs. Dogs are allowed inside the house, too. They can sleep on the couch or on their beds, sometimes I even let them in my own bedroom to sleep, especially the little ones who are very used to sleeping with their parents, I want to make their stay as pleasurable as possible. In addition to Rover insurance, I have a dog sitter/groomer insuance as well, one can never be too careful when caring for other people's pet; safety first. Dog Boarding is a 24 hour service. I will now be enforcing check-in and check-out times for my guests. All dogs must be picked up before 6:00 p.m. on their last day. Additional late pick-up fee will be added. My rates reflect the amount of work, care and individual attention that your furry loved one will receive. While there are many other sitters that offer similar services, I am confident that they do not offer the individual attention and care necessary to make your pet feel completely comfortable in his or her surroundings. In my house I don't simply allow the dogs to have full freedom without any rules or boundaries and have them interact without any knowledge of proper canine behavior and respect. This is not a warehouse-style facility where dogs are merely thrown together in a “cageless” environment to fend for themselves. Due to Miami-Dade County Regulations in the hopes of reducing dog attacks, people with the following dog breeds should abstain from requesting my services: American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, or any other dog that substantially conforms to any of these breeds' characteristics. I live, eat and sleep with dogs, and your canine’s care here will be second best to NONE. I am good at what I do and take pride and passion in my work. ​
