Pet care experience
I’m a casual dog walker and pet sitter. I grew up with dogs around me, and currently help my friends with their Airedale puppy 3-4 days a week. I don’t know everything about dogs, but you tell me what’s worked best and how to care for your doggie, and I will do just that. Available throughout the week and weekends. Unfortunately I cannot have any dogs at my place, but happy to take care of them at yours. I do drive, so I’m flexible with the regions I can serve. I put a maximum of 4-5 hours alone for our 3 dogs in the care instructions, Miguel left them alone for 6 hours at a time, with a 20 min check in once from 2pm - 1am. He sent pictures once, upon request. A local dog sitter came by and found the dogs home alone with no lights on in the evening. We ended up cutting our trip short and coming home a day early. He fed and give them medicine as instructed. This was a last minute booking, but I wish he had communicated more clearly about his availability and any difficulties with following the care instructions.
Miguel was really responsive and sent regular photo updates. Thank you!
Miguel helped us out over the holidays after a last minute cancellation. We came home to a happy cat and appreciated the pictures throughout the weekend.
Miguel walked my high energy pups several times and was great!

I have a day job, but occasionally am working from home and can accommodate more requests. Boarding requests are easier for me to handle on a regular basis.
