Pet care experience
I'm a work from home professional, (LinkedIn provided upon request), two blocks from Will Rogers beach. The estate is completely fenced and no other animals live on property. Your pup will have a blast running around the monstrous yard or by the sea, where I walk and run every day. Growing up on a farm in the Midwest, I have about 30 years total experience with a variety of breeds: Terriers of all sorts, hounds of the hunting variety, shepherds, Dalmatians (ours was deaf and we taught her sign), Spaniels and so many lovable mutts, graced our lives there. While my "parenting style" has always been very casual, I was raised with working dogs. I understand some need rigid structure and specific technique, while others just want to pal around. I have had years of dog training experience so I'm comfortable with both- just let me know what works for you and your dog!

Mickie was amazing with our pup! This was the longest we had ever left our pup Milo in over 3 1/2 years and we did not worry once! Mickie is great at communicating and sending constant updates. We knew our pup was in great hands! We will definitely be reaching out to Mickie again when we need a sitter.
Mickie did such a great job with our senior dog! She took him out on hikes, to the beach, and even picked up some bones for him. Mickie was able to give our dog his medication every morning too. She sent photo, video, and text updates (daily) which we really enjoyed. Mickie has the perfect house to pet sit at as well, her yard is huge! We are planning more trips over the next few months and will definitely use Mickie.
Mickie is super professional, kind and caring. Chelsey runs out of the car to greet Mickie. I always feel safe when leaving Chelsey with her. I enjoy the pictures and videos Mickie sends me of Chelsey's walks or play time. Mickie keeps her home super clean and safe for Chelsey. Best part Mickie is very knowledgeable about dogs and that's very important since I like to make sure whomever watches Chelsey is aware of items that could get her sick. I love using Mickie as a dog sitter and wouldn't trust my fur baby with anyone else. It's hard to find good, kind and professional individuals that will open their home to you and I'm incredibly blessed I have Mickie to care for Chelsey.
Mickie is a phenomenal caregiver for dogs. I have entrusted her with my aged chocolate lab multiple times and can't say enough good things about her. She is kind, caring and truly cares about my dog's needs. She can be counted on time and time again. She is positive, sweet and pays attention to details. My lab loves being with her when I have to travel. I highly recommend Mickie! Your pet is in excellent capable hands.

A typical day
The beach is so close and Malibu Creek Park is 20 minutes away (I go all the time). We can play ball and chase in my huge yard. If I have well-behaved guests, we can go bye bye to work in cafes and restaurants.
