Pet care experience
I am available to walk dogs! I enjoy taking dogs to parks or trails where they can have fun. I have grown up with pets all my life and have had dogs of my own. I am reliable, kind, experienced and athletic. Growing up in Alaska I have been surrounded by all kinds of animals and value their experience. As well I have experience with old dogs who need a little extra care and young dogs with a lot of energy. Life can be very busy and so I want to help take care of the animals and pets you love. I am flexible and have a vehicle, so scheduling and transport are optional with me! If I sound right for you and your pet, let me know!

Mickey takes such great care of my baby girl. Josie is excited to see Mickey, and is always happy and healthy when I pick her up. When I have flight delays, she’s super flexible with me. It’s so nice to have someone I trust taking such good care of my girl.
Was very happy with Mickey once again! It was my first time out of state without my Rainbow and she gave me updates and pictures the whole time. Rainbow was very well taken care of with walks, attention, and love. Mickey is great!
Mickey took such great care of my dog, Josie, while I was out of town. She sent lots of pictures of them going on walks, and hanging out. She even taught her how to do the crossword! I appreciated not being worried while I was away from my baby. We will definitely call on her again in the future.
She’s always great with my bub! Takes him for cute walks and I love seeing the pictures. You can tell she really cares.

I am always respectful of other folks spaces and homes. I often will house sit for people and am comfortable following instructions and making sure the pup is happy! In my own home, some dogs can feel a little anxious, I like to start with a tour! Usually led by the dog who is sniffing all there is to sniff. Other than that, it's good to take them out and make sure they have their time outside to get some energy out and let them relax.

I need to know if they have any medical issues, or special needs. For the most part I am comfortable and capable taking care of dogs who need a little more support!
A typical day
I like to keep dogs on schedule, working on their clock brings them comfort while their owners are away. I always take them on a walk and let them out multiple times a day. I myself am a big cuddler but respect if a dog likes their space. I try to respond to their mood and play when they want! I love to make them happy in their style.
