Pet care experience
I grew up having dogs as part of my family. I have previously had a Yellow Lab, Black Lab Mix, Staffordshire Terrier Mix, and a Rat Terrier. I currently have a Siberian Husky/Shepherd Mix. I got my current dog, Remy, in November of 2014 and have gotten to learn the differences between having dogs in the city versus on the farm. Remy has taught me about the challenges of having a shy, yet reactive dog. I am great at following instructions specific to each dog and will be happy to give you any updates that you would prefer.

Michelle adores dogs and follows instructions as directed and clarifies as needed. She can handle large breeds and understands animal care very well. Her background from farm life to city life with animals allows her to work with animals exceptionally well. I will def utilize Michelle for future care!
Michelle was a great fit with my pup! Since she's been able to walk him while I'm away he seems to be in a better mood. They're a great fit, he really seems to enjoy her. He's always eager to see her. Not only is he able to get exercise and have company when I'm away, but Michelle is enrolled in obedience classes with her dog, so my little guy gets to work on his manners with her (bonus!). I'd highly recommend her to others!
Michelle took care of our sweet yellow lab Winnie while we were out of town for a weekend. She made sure Winnie got plenty of exercise and lots of love while we were away. Michelle was professional and respectful of our home while we were away. I will not hesitate to have her take care of our fur baby again!
Michelle is amazing with dogs. She's a reliable sitter for my lab Ruby whenever we need her and she has done wonders with her own dog who was a rescue. Michelle is trustworthy and hardworking in all areas of life and will do amazing work for anyone that hires her through this site.

I would like to know about any anxiety or aggression that your dog may have. I completely understand what it is like to have an anxious and reactive dog and would like to know how you want me to handle this (ex. crossing the street, having your dog sit while the problem passes, etc.). I would also like to know which commands you use or if there is any specific training that you would like me to work on, so that I can effectively communicate with your dog. Along those lines, it would also be helpful to know if you would like any corrections or specific equipment to be used. I have the most experience working with Labs and Huskies and am comfortable with high energy dogs.
