Hello! My name is Michelle, and I enjoy any opportunity to be around animals! I am not able to have pets of my own at this time so I love taking care of others' pets. I feel that any time an animal can stay in their own environment rather than being locked up in a kennel is a much better way of coping with the absence of their family, and I am happy to be the surrogate mama (-: I am 39 years old, own a Massage Therapy and Hypnotherapy business, and also graduated in May, 2014 from Naropa University with my Contemplative Psychology degree. I enjoy hiking (with dogs preferably!), yoga, snowboarding, biking, camping, dancing, music, and connecting with people and animals! I have owned a pet care business off and on for 20 years and would be happy to supply references. I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, fish, turtles, hamsters, and am also open to new pet care experiences! Besides loving your animals while you are gone, I also leave your house tidy! Why I love dog sitting I've loved and owned dogs ever since I was a child! My last dog was a Chinese Sharpei named Pug who passed away in 2007. Anytime I get the chance to sit for someone else's pets, I'm very thankful. The last pet I had was a cat that was part Bobcat, and her name was Runa. I've also had turtles, hamsters, and fish as a kid. Studies show that having pets can actually extend a person's life!
